1-on-1 Personal Training

Privacy: Our clients enjoy a private personal setting with a certified experienced trainer. Unlike a traditional gym, we do not offer an “open gym” policy, which means all clients have a scheduled time when they are working out in the facility.

Equipment: At H.I.I.T. Fitness, we have a wide variety of pieces of equipment we use during our training sessions. We are not your typical gym with machines lined up and move you from one machine to the next. We have a large open space that allows us to move around and use your body as you can. Kettle bells, barbells, dumb bells, TRX stability straps, tires and yes a few machines as well (just to name a few) is what we use to put you through your workout. We incorporate cardio into your training session as well with different styles of workouts to make it most effective and efficient for you.

Workouts: The routines are tailored to each client’s goals, abilities, and target areas. The workouts are constantly changing to keep the muscle and the mind guessing. Each session has a mixer of cardio and resistance training all in one.

Efficiency: Every 30 minute personal training session is uninterrupted and private. There is no waiting for equipment or space to work with. This allows each session to be as effective as it can be. The gym is YOURS for 30 minutes.

Trainers: We are all about client satisfaction. Our trainers will be working with you every step of the way. We work with our clients 100% of the time to help instruct, guide, and motivate. All of our trainers have a positive and energetic attitude, ensuring an upbeat and fun atmosphere.
